What is Aweber?
Aweber is the system that I personally use to manage my email subscriber list. I've used Aweber for over 10 years. I have built over 20 email lists using Aweber's subscribe forms. One of my email lists has almost 20,000 subscribers... and I use Aweber to successfully send broadcast emails to this list, all the time.
Aweber is an email management system that is designed to help you build your subscriber list, manage your subscribers, send autoresponders and successfully send emails to large opt-in lists without failure.
I'm a fan of Aweber because it is easy to use, very affordable and I've never had a problem with this email marketing system... and I've used it for almost 12 years.
I should warn you that Aweber has a strict anti-spam policy. If you have an email list you want to import into Aweber, you are required to have each subscriber confirm the opt-in before they can continue to receive your emails.

Email Newsletters and Autoresponders: You set the date and time you want your newsletter to be sent, and they deliver it. Autoresponders will be automatically delivered at the intervals specified. Once you've set up your follow-up emails, you're all set... it runs automatically. Really nice feature!
Email and Web Form Templates: You can choose from over 150 easy to customize templates that include single and multiple column designs. Create a beautiful web form in 3 simple steps with templates that match the emails, and start getting subscribers from your website.
Analytics: Find out who's opening, clicking, downloading, buying... and who's not. You can use this information to send broadcasts to specific groups. I love this feature... although, you don't get statistics on your autoresponder opens and clicks... if you can, I've you to figure it out. (You'd think I'd have asked by now)
Segmenting: Send targeted messages to subscribers based on shared behavior. This can be based on the information from analytics, the information gathered at sign up or information from their IP address.
Split Testing: Optimize your email marketing campaign by finding what works best through their A/B split testing feature. Test versions of your broadcasts and/or web forms and learn what brings in the best results.
Apps : Extend the functionality of your AWeber account by using apps for Facebook, Wordpress and more. You can also use the AWeber API to create an app for your own personal use, or make one designed to be used by thousands of businesses.
There are a ton of apps to choose from... and this makes Aweber even more appealing to me. They have an app for almost every scenario... making it easy to integrate opt-in forms and to collect subscribers. Growing your subscriber list has never been easier.
